Job Description

  • records management: compilation, processing, registration and sending of outgoing correspondence, monitoring timely delivery of outgoing correspondence of the School;
  • accepting and verifying the draft documents correctness submitted to the School management for consideration, as well as their qualitative editing;
  • accepting and verifying the correspondence submitted to the School management for consideration, as well as its subsequent transfer to the performers, for the use during the work process or answers preparation in accordance with the decision;
  • interacting with structural divisions and/or organizations of the University on the issues of documents and reports submission;
  • assisting in HR records management;
  • preparing draft reports, statements and other materials necessary for the functioning of School management;
  • drawing up records in accordance with the approved nomenclature, ensuring their safety and delivery to the archive within the specified time;
  • arranging and coordinating the meetings of the School management in order to develop an effective workday schedule;
  • arranging the sessions, panels and other meetings held by the School management (collection of necessary materials, notification of participants about the time and venue, agenda, their registration);
  • maintaining, executing and monitoring the implementation of minutes of the meetings;
  • arranging visitors reception, assisting the efficient consideration of requests and proposals by employees of the School;
  • drafting correspondence in the range of his/her functional duties;
  • timely and qualitative performance of other assignments of the Dean and the Chief Administrative Officer of the School, as well as University management within his/her duties and authorities; 
  • assisting the processes of risks identification, assessment, management, monitoring and relevant reports generation within the framework of supervised area.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor/Specialist degree is required

Experience: one-year minimum. No working experience is required with master`s degree in the relevant area

Preferred majors:

  • Humanities;
