Job Description

A specialist is imposed with the following functions:

1) participate in drafting the School's budget request and Investment Plan for the corresponding financial year and for the medium-term period;

2) assist the Head in the organization, provision, and implementation of an effective School Premises Management System;

3) organize the procurement and assist in monitoring the implementation of the School's Procurement Plan (goods, works, and services);

4) control the processes related to acceptance, verification, testing, and inventory of purchased equipment and supplies;

5) coordinate the issues related to occupational health and safety of the School;

6) provide practical assistance to the employees and students of the School on training and guidance in the use of educational and computer classrooms;

7) monitor proper maintenance of classroom and storage facilities in accordance with the operating rules, as well as safety regulations;

8) ensure effective use and monitoring of the School's IT equipment;

9) participate in the development and subsequent monitoring of the implementation of draft agreements and addendum initiated by the School;

10) maintain correspondence within the scope of his/her functional responsibilities;

11) participation  in the identification, evaluation, management, and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;

12) timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Dean, the Head, and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.

13) participation in the organizational support of the School's activities.

Qualifications

Education: Higher professional, preferable from higher education institutions with the English language of instruction.

Work Experience:

One-year minimum

No working experience with a master`s degree in the relevant
area.
