Senior manager Supply Chain Management Department, Warehouse (maternity leave cover)

Job Description

 Senior Manager is imposed with the following functions:

1)  arranging activities on inventory receipt, storage and issuance in a warehouse in accordance with the established procedure;

2)  arranging activities on getting licenses and permissions;

3)  planning warehouse operations taking into account availability of minimum required balance, stock rotation, standardized stock list;

4)  participating in count of inventory and items subject to strict control;

5)  organizing inventory issuance and receipt, loading and unloading operations in a warehouse complying with health, safety, workplace hygiene and fire protection rules;

6)  keeping a record of inventory movements;

7)  organizing analysis;

8)  organizing payment for received expendables;

9)  participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;

10)  timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Head of division and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers;

Qualifications

Minimum degree - Bachelor/ Specialist

Relevant work experience - Five years min. Minimum three years with master`s degree in the relevant area
