Job Description

Manager performs the following functions:

1. Preparation and execution of documents on financial issues within the competence of the school;

2. Interaction and correspondence with academic and administrative staff on financial issues within the competence of the school;

3. Assistance in planning and developing the medium-term and operational budgets of the School, including the investment budget;

4. Summary, analysis and control over budget execution and reporting on expenditures of the School budget;

5. Preparation of reports on the development of the School budget (semi-annual and annual) and on profitable projects;

6. Preparation of applications for various financial payments within the framework of monitoring budget execution;

7. Decree preparation of the business travels of School employees and reconciliation for the availability of funds in the budget and determining the source of funding;

8. To ensure control over the processes of business travels, payment/reimbursement of publications, payment/reimbursement of registration fees of the teaching staff funded from the school budget: registration of all necessary documents (administrative document on business travels, Decision of the Dean of the school, memos, etc.); carrying out appropriate payments related to business travels, with payment /reimbursement of publications, payment/refund of registration fees, etc.; provision of financial statements and supporting documents upon completion of a business trip, after payment/reimbursement of publications and registration fees;

9. Assist the Senior Manager for Finance regarding the preparation, formation and control of the School budget;

10. Preparation of necessary documents for financial statements on expenses;

11. Preparation of financial analytical materials, presentations, information on individual tasks, instructions of the immediate supervisor within the competence of the school;

12. Participation in the processes of identification, assessment, management, monitoring of risks within the supervised direction;

13. Providing consulting and informational support to the teaching staff regarding budgeting and other issues within their competence;

14. Assistance and participation in school events;

15. Participation in budgeting and procurement processes within its competence;

16. Timely and high-quality execution of other assignments of the Dean and the Administrative Director of the School, as well as the University management within the framework of their official duties and powers.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree

Qualifications:

Work experience:

3 years minimum. Minimum one year with Master`s degree in the relevant area
