Job Description

1) participates in the organization of the marketing activities aimed at promoting academic programs and attracting students in conjunction with concerned structural divisions of the University;

2) participates in the organization of the conferences, official meetings, round tables, and other School events and processing of representative expenses;

3) assists in the development and follows up on the School’s communications plan implementation;

4) assists in the maintenance of the website and social networks of the School;

5) provides assistance in developing the design of information booklets and print products for the School;

6) participates in the preparation of information and analytical materials for the School's presentations on external media resources;

7) participates in informing concerned parties (prospective students, parents, school counselors) about the admission rules at the School, as well as the development, maintenance, and constant updating of the applicants’ database (a CRM system);

8) maintains the official mail of the School, created to communicate with applicants;

9) works with incoming correspondence, with requests for structural divisions of the University, timely submits the answers to letters, citizens' appeals, within the framework of the supervised area;

10) participates in the processes of identification, assessment, management, monitoring of risks within the framework of the supervised area;

11) temporarily performs the duties (replaces) of the other Manager for Marketing during his/her temporary absence (up to one month);

12) timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University`s management;

13) observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer`s internal documents;

14) is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline;

15) is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer;  

16) in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer).

Qualifications

Education

Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with the English language of instruction

Work experience

One-year minimum. No working experience with a master`s degree in the relevant area

 

Knowledge

- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education and science;

- knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan: “On the media”, “On copyright and related rights”, “On advertising”, “On personal data and their protection”;

- basic knowledge of the planning of the work process;

- proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Google products (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Drive);

- fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English languages

 

Skills           

- Ability to work with a big amount of information;

- skills in working with documents;

- basic analytical skills;

- skills of working with a website on the platform of WordPress and digital marketing instruments
