Job Description

This is entry level position.

The Specialist is imposed with the following functions:

  • assisting the School employees in ensuring coordination and monitoring of the process of collection, analysis of academic data, the School curriculum to draw up a schedule, individual student curriculum and form student groups at the department;
  • assisting the monitoring of current academic status of the student population, the results of mid-term and final control of students’ knowledge;
  • preparing financial statements and necessary documents on research grants of the department;
  • participating in the preparation of service contracts in the framework of research projects and coordinating the terms of reference for the contracts;
  • preparing agreements with sponsors in the framework of research grants and coordinating the terms of reference for the contracts;
  •  providing assistance in resolving the issues related to the School activities;
  •  providing consultative and advisory support to the faculty regarding procurement, budgeting and other issues within his/her competence;
  • assisting and participating in the School events, including activities related to students admission;
  • drafting correspondence in the range of his/her functional duties;
  • participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;  
  • timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Dean, the  and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.

Qualifications

Education:

Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction;

Bachelor's degree
Work experience must meet one of the following requirements:

  •  with a bachelor's degree: at least 1 year in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a specific position in international and / or national companies; or
  • with a degree from a higher education institution with English as the language of instruction and medium of assessment, work experience is not required.

This is temporary appointment for the period of maternity leave cover of the main incumbent (until September 2022).
