Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction

Qualifications. Priority specializations:
-    Computer Science or related field;
-    Management of Information Technology
-    Engineering

Required work experience: 3 years

Job Responsibilities:
-    Ensuring operability and timely testing, and the introduction of new functionality into information systems
-    Support for existing, development or revision of new applications
-    Analysis of requests and business requirements of users to change/refine application systems
-    Development of new and improvement of existing services
-    Administration and monitoring of application servers and databases

- knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of information and education;
- knowledge of international standards in Information Technologies (hereinafter - IT);
- knowledge of functional and architecture of the used ERP system;
- knowledge  of principles of ERP system support;
- understanding of networking, software, and hardware;
- preparation and delivery presentation skills;
- ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- availability of certificates in IT relevant to the performance of these functions (desirable);
- professional possession of MSOffice programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- proficiency in English, Kazakh, Russian languages

Additional requirements:

• Knowledge and use of Front-end stack: 
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • JavaScript Frameworks - Ext JS (desirable), Node.js, AngularJS, React, Vue.js
• Knowledge and use of Back-end stack: 
  • PHP Frameworks - Laravel (desirable), Yii 2, Zend, Codeigniter, Symfony MySQL
  • CMS - Drupal 7 (desirable), Drupal 8, WordPress
  • DB - Oracle (desirable), MySQL, PostgreSQL 
• Develop SQL queries, Joins, PL/SQL subprograms like stored procedures, triggers, and functions
• Experience with data exchange web services (REST, SOAP, XML)
• Experience with applications servers (Nginx, Apache)
• Experience in Git, SVN, Linux
