Senior Manager of Marketing Department (maternity leave cover)

Job Description

1)    implementation of the marketing plan;

2)    assistance in raising the awareness of the University brand, its activities and educational programs in Kazakhstan and abroad;

3)    assistance in conducting the events aimed at increasing the brand awareness of the University and recruiting students for educational programs by Structural divisions;

4)    building strategic communications with partners of the University, with service providers within his/her competence;

5)    planning the budget and and its justification within the framework of the responsibility of the Division;

6)    preparation of documents necessary to ensure the effective work of the Division;

7)    initiating the conclusion of contracts with service providers in the framework of its responsibility and the activities of the Division;

8)    maintaining the document management of the Division, transferring the Division's files to the University Archive;

9)    timely and proper fulfillment of other duties set by the President of the University and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.

Qualifications

Higher-professional, preferably from the higher educion institutions with the English language of instruction

Required work experience is defined in accordance with standard qualifications for administrative positions at the autonomous organization of education “Nazarbayev University”:

−       for a Master's degree holder - at least 3 year of work experience on Marketing/Digital Marketing positions, social media management related positions;

−       for a Bachelor's or a Specialist's degree holder - at least 5 years of work experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified, accumulated in the context of national and/or international companies or at least 3 years of work experience at Nazarbayev University

Priority majors: marketing, communications, economics and/or related fields.
