  1. Forming of the annual (mid-term) budget of the University.
  2. Control and analysis of actual execution of the budget.
  3. Forming of financing in the educational field and other areas;
  4. Calculation and analysis of the costs of services (works, goods).

Job Description

Participation in the development and execution of the annual budget plan of the University, as well as its subsidiaries;

Consolidation and the analysis of execution of the University’s and its subsidiaries’ annual budgets, making operative combined reports on income and expenses, duly submission to the corresponding authorities;

Participation in developing methodologies for budgeting, costing and cost analysis of educational and other services;

Ensuring timely and qualitative execution of the tasks assigned by management on the grounds of the functions and tasks of the Department.

Qualifications

Higher economic or financial education preferably obtained in higher educational institutions with teaching in English.

With Bachelor degree, professional experience not less than 3 years in financial and economic sphere;

Or with Master’s degree, professional experience should be at least 1 year in financial and economic sphere subject to the completion of training in higher educational institutions having high credit ratings;

Experience of managing business and official correspondence.

Analytical skills (forecasting on the basis of available data);
Skills of preparation of analytical materials (explanatory notes);
Sociability, initiative, commitment, creativity, and teamwork.

Additional Information

High level of using PC (excellent user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, etc)

Fluent in English, Kazakh, Russian
