Job Description
Specialist is imposed with the following functions:
- preparing and maintaining contracts with undergraduate students;
- planning costs and generating budget on student part of the School ;
- coordinating, analyzing and managing data on students enrollment to the School: maintaining data on initial students registration, subsequent students enrollment to the School, changes in the number of students related to transfer between Schools/Universities and reapplication for participation in students enrollment contest;
- analyzing the demand for subject by students from other Schools; administering courses evaluation (required for the faculty employment contracts prolongation);
- administering course evaluation (required to extend faculty employment contracts);
- monitoring, recording and analyzing academic progress of undergraduate students; maintaining and supporting disciplinary cases; providing assistance to the students at risk;
- participating in undergraduate students admission and enrollment, online registration;
- assisting and supporting students regarding absence from classes due to illness and other health factors (assignments); administering the military registration of students;
- preparing orders and document support for the School students’ travels and internships;
- collecting agreements for probation period of undergraduate and graduate students;
- organizing and participating in the School’s activities related to academic process;
- drafting correspondence on internal and external academic issues of the School students;
- providing psychological assistance and educational work with students;
- participating in development and improvement of administrative systems and strategies for the work with the School students;
- recording and tracking official instructions, given by the University management on the issues within the School’s competence, as well as subsequent preparation of reports for the Head;
- providing reports and data on the issues within his/her competence upon request of structural divisons of the University in agreement with the Head;
- cooperating with other structural divisions and departments, as necessary (with the Office of the Registrar, Admissions Department, the Department of Student Affairs, the Career and Advising Centre);
- monitoring compliance with internal documents of the University on the issues within his/her competence;
- providing technical and methodological assistance to School employees on the issues within his/her competence;
- participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction
- timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the vice-Dean and Head of the School and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.

Qualification requirements:
- with Bachelor degree, professional experience should be at least 1 year in the areas corresponding to functional areas of a specific position at the international and/or national companies; or
- with a degree from the higher education institution with English language of instruction and medium of assessment, work experience is not required.
