Company Description
Main functional duties of the Department:
1) Leading the implementation of one of the Strategic goals of the University on Lifelong learning;
2) Development of the Lifelong learning concept for the University for staff, alumni, students and faculty;
3) Organization of language courses, test preparation courses, educational and professional programs and advanced training programs for staff, alumni, students and faculty of the University;
4) Providing an educational environment that allows students to acquire relevant skills and knowledge;
5) Organization and administration of international standardized tests.
Job Description
1) Organization, administration and monitoring of language and preparatory courses for NU staff and external participants;
2) Participation in developing the concept of Lifelong learning for the University staff, alumni and faculty and action plan for the implementation of lifelong learning programs at the University;
3) Participation in developing, planning and implementing of online education for the University staff, alumni and faculty;
4) Participation in developing, planning and implementing of Summer research programs for Senior School students;
5) assisting in the department’s budget development, including required financial reporting within the department’s competence;
6) implementing programs quality monitoring;
7) preparing statistical and analytical reports on the department performance;
8) participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;
9) timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Head of department and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.
Qualifications
Education:
University degree, preferably with English as a language of instruction in in one of the disciplines in Leadership in Education, Pedagogy/Teaching methods, Psychology or in other relevant fields;
Master’s degree is preferable
Work experience must meet one of the following requirements:
· with Master's degree, professional experience should be not less than 5 years, in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of this position in the public service, international and/or national companies; or
· with Specialist or Bachelor degree, work experience should be at least 7 years in the areas corresponding to the functional areas of a concrete position in the public service, international and/or national companies.
