Job Description

-          preparation of contracts with third-party organizations for the provision of services in the framework of the implementation of research projects;

-          maintaining internal documentation in the framework of the implementation of research projects, programs and monitoring the implementation of activities provided for in the calendar schedule;

-          administration of the search for employees: post-doctoral students, engineers;

-          participation in solving organizational and technical issues related to the support and implementation of the project (search and purchase of goods, works and services necessary for the implementation of the project);

-          preparation of applications for project staff to receive grant funding and assistance in the preparation of interim and final reports on the implementation of projects;

-          Interaction with other structural units of the University on the implementation of the project;

-         organization, holding and participation in conferences, lectures, seminars, educational and practical and laboratory courses, foreign trips on the further development of the project;

-          participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction;

-          timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Head of division and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers.

Qualifications

-          Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions, Master, specialist or Bachelor’s degree, scientific degree is welcome.

-         More than 1 year.

-          Experience in the field of project management (preferably in research organizations), experience in drafting contracts and agreements / management and maintenance of contracts;

-          Formation of the budget application of research projects for the relevant financial year in accordance with the administered research project;

-          Registration and maintenance of contracts, partnership agreements and other contracts, to participate in the attraction and interaction of partners for joint cooperation in the field of science;

-          Ability to analyze datasheets and technical documentation;

-          Knowledge of the state and English languages;

-          Advanced technical writing in English;

-          Basic working knowledge in Linux and Windows operating systems.
