Job Description

The Student Records and Administration Officer is responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate and compliant administrative services across the student lifecycle. The role supports student enrolment, records management, student finance administration, government reporting and student communications, ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements. Working closely with students, staff and key stakeholders, the position contributes to an efficient and student-centred service environment, supporting positive student outcomes, retention and operational excellence. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated understanding of student administration processes and compliance requirements, or the ability to quickly develop knowledge in areas such as ESOS, TCSI, USI and eCAF.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word, with experience using databases or student management systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC), or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
