As Academic Resource Coordinator you will be joining the Academic Team of ECU Sri Lanka.
Job Description
- Coordinate and manage academic resources.
- Support faculty in curriculum planning and classroom resource requirements.
- Maintain and update academic schedules, records, and databases.
- Assist students with academic resource access and related queries.
- Coordinate workshops, training sessions, seminars, and academic events.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure timely availability of teaching and learning resources.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to academic activities.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards.
- Support online learning platforms and educational technology tools where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field. (Business/IT/Engineering/Science)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching and academic coordination, educational administration, or resource management preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment.

Our main campus location in Colombo, Sri Lanka is conveniently situated between the CBD and the parliament area, close to restaurants, lunch places and shopping. Located in one multifunctional building, the campus features purpose-built biomedical, engineering and computer labs, a digital hub, large modern library, modern classrooms, student collaboration spaces and a coffee lounge.
Our College in Kandy is situated in Peradeniya Road.
