Job Description

This is a high-impact enterprise leadership role operating at the intersection of strategy, brand, performance, digital capability and commercial growth.

Reporting to the Group Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping and embedding a connected, performance-led marketing capability across Navitas — aligning strategy, execution, insight and accountability across multiple divisions, markets and university partnerships.

You will work closely with the Group CMO to connect and coordinate divisional marketing leaders, executive stakeholders and university partners to strengthen marketing maturity, improve pipeline performance, uplift capability and build greater consistency across the organisation.

This role is suited to a commercially astute and strategically minded marketing leader who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by transformation, influence and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

You are an experienced senior marketing executive with the ability to operate strategically while driving execution and accountability.

You bring:

  • Significant experience (10+ years) in senior marketing leadership roles within complex or matrixed organisations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Management, Communications, or similar. 
  • Strong capability across brand, digital, performance marketing, analytics and marketing technology.
  • Experience aligning marketing to measurable commercial and pipeline outcomes.
  • Proven success leading enterprise capability uplift or transformation initiatives.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing capability at executive level.
  • The ability to bring clarity, alignment and momentum across multiple teams and priorities.
  • A collaborative leadership style with strong commercial acumen and strategic judgement.

Experience within higher education, university partnerships or large service-based organisations will be highly regarded.
