Job Description
- Part time role
- Plan, coordinate, and execute campus events, including open days, information sessions, workshops, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of key external events, including school career days / expos, education career expo’s, industry events, local sponsorship events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Provide timely and detailed reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest areas for improvement.
- Exhibit exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling content for promotional activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, events, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in an educational or youth-oriented setting.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on lead generation and brand promotion.
- Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
