Job Description

Position Overview 

We are searching for a talented, sales-minded professional to join the Ensemble team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving adoption of our cutting-edge technologies, including ADX – Agent Digital Experience as we introduce this technology to our Members. Assessing sales potential, targeting key members for follow-up and support, and triaging learning needs will be essential to be successful in this role. Your responsibilities will include establishing the needs of our members and recommending solutions and providing training  to drive sales through platform adoption and usage. 

To be a successful Manager, Sales Enablement, you will need to be expert on Ensemble’s platforms to build credibility, and rapport. You are someone that learns quickly and can adapt as we enhance all of our technologies. A successful manager will be tuned-in to sales booked in our platforms and identify opportunities by product vertical and by member. You will be knowledgeable about competing booking platforms and will break down objections using member testimonials and tangible examples of potential earnings when booking on Ensemble platforms, including ADX. Most importantly, you are motivated and energized by sales targets, and will iterate quickly to be find success. 

Position Description 

Our Manager, Sales Enablement will be responsible for: 

  • Understanding the ADX onboarding process and tracking ADX usage 
  • Using Ensemble reporting to identify optimal members to target to generate revenue; and quickly connect with these members to drive engagement 
  • Assessing needs to support platform engagement, and provide resources and guidance to support the member 
  • Serving as a concierge, and identify opportunities for ‘White Glove’ service and training with members to drive engagement 
  • Partnering with Communication and Marketing to produce platform marketing materials using testimonials and engagement with members on a monthly basis 
  • Tracking platform sales (transactions since onboarding, sales, sales by vertical) and produce reports monthly 
  • Supporting live training events and conferences by providing demos 
  • Conduct ADX training to drive early engagement during onboarding, and re-enforce onboarding with on-demand Q&A sessions as requested 
  • Create training materials to drive adoption of ADX feature releases to add value to our membership 
  • Collecting feedback on Ensemble platforms, and liaising with the Trip Arc Customer Success team 
  • Partnering with the Trip Arc Customer Success team to select viable members to pilot new features on Ensemble platforms 
  • Selling Ensemble platforms during every interaction with members – living, breathing, and eating the benefits of these platform for our membership 
  • Working collaboratively with the Member Relations team to mine for prime opportunities, and also flag concerns 
  • Working closely with the Ensemble Training Manager on pivoting training approach, based on feedback from members 
  • Driving results by achieving monthly platform adoption and transaction targets 
  • Working collaboratively across teams to achieve success for the organization, and adopting the values and culture of Ensemble 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in sales (tech sales preferred) with proven results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the travel industry (or experience with personal travel) is an required
