Job Description

In this position, you will collaborate with a team of professionals in a positive and supportive environment.  You will prepare, proof, and track items essential to the success of our projects. Exceptional interpersonal skills and Office Suite expertise are necessary to coordinate with coworkers, schedule meetings, prioritize work, create/update templates, work in spreadsheets, and complete assignments.

Qualifications

What you need to bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Further education is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with respect to projects and deadlines, etc. on a daily basis.
  • High-level computer skills including working with Bluebeam (or similar PDF program) and Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher – with an interest in advancing software skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer focus – internal and external.
  • Excellent organizational skills and utilization of checklists.
