In this position, you will support the Civil Engineering Department in the preparation and development of Land Development plans, assist with technical design, and provide support to the design engineers.

What you need to bring to the table:

• 3-5 years of engineering design and AutoCAD / Civil 3D drafting experience.
• Knowledge of drafting techniques and standard engineering practices.
• Basic understanding of land development approval process, and fundamental grading, E&S and stormwater management practices.
• Ability to follow technical instruction and possess the organizational skills to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines on a daily basis.
• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Land development design experience is a plus.
