Nave Newell is a consulting firm with 40 professionals who provide civil engineering, land surveying, land planning and landscape architectural services to property owners and developers throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. We are seeking motivated professionals with strong technical skills to join our team during our 25th year.

In this position, you will collaborate with a team of professionals in a positive and supportive environment. You will plan, direct and complete challenging and exciting land development projects. Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with the land development approval process, including project management or project task assignments.
• Storm Water Management is preferred. 
• Retail Experience is a plus. 
• Ability to coordinate and lead employees among different levels of the organization.
• Ability to delegate work appropriately to staff while maintaining personal and staff accountability for their work products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Registration: Professional Engineer (PE).

• The ability to mentor and train in land development projects is a very important function of this role.
