Summary

Nauticus Robotics is actively seeking a Project Manager to organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization’s development and product implementation efforts. 

Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program schedule, resources and budget across multiple projects and project teams.
  • Provide executive level status and program updates.
  • Create systems to improve engineering team efficiency and remove work-flow blockers.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline required
  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience with common project management tools such as MS Project, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience managing hardware and software engineering teams
  • Ability to speak understand technical details within engineering project
  • Familiar with Agile principles and processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing some duties of this job, the employee may be required to travel domestically and internationally. This role may also require exposure to a variety of manufacturing and/or offshore platform job sites which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. 

Conditions may include exposure to heat, loud environments, small vessel maritime conditions, and 12 hour shifts.
