The Pack Out Production Associate for Bulk Apothecary is responsible for completing production work orders for replenishment. This role works independently of other Production Associates within Pack Out Fulfillment.  The associate will use internal systems to START/STOP jobs, maintain records of completed projects, pull product and or subassembly components and produce from start to finish completed components/parts.  This position is to ensure an uninterrupted supply of zero defect products to support distribution operations.  This is a full-time position, and the hours of work are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM +/-, unless otherwise specified. Natural Essentials, Inc. DBA Bulk Apothecary is located within a 160,000 square foot distribution center in Aurora, OH.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Arrive at work on time daily prepared to work

  • Perform daily work assignments required by the Pack Out Fulfillment Supervisor or Lead

  • Work with Pack Out Supervisor/Lead to prioritize component replenishment

  • Communicate material availability with supervisor/lead

  • Complete work assignments in a timely manner by consistently obtaining daily goals set by management 

  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized workstation

  • Assist other departments on an as-needed basis

  • Other responsibilities may be needed as seen fit by management

  • Perform daily work assignment required by the Pack Out Line Lead or Pack Out Supervisor

  • Follow all procedures and instructions provided on the Job Report 

  • Compare the physical appearance of the product to the prototype and report any variances immediately to the Pack Out Line Lead, Pack Out Supervisor

  • Packaging product in boxes and load onto pallets per Job Report 

  • Move/ transfer pallets per the Job Report or by the direction of management

  • Follow all company policies and procedures

  • Understand and abide by all company safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to include Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Ability to work under general supervision, applying a wide variety of procedures to a variety of problems or situations.

  • Basic math skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Good interpersonal communication skills

  • Willing to work as needed, at times overtime will be required.


Working Conditions and Physical Effort

  • Ability  to lift upwards of 50 pounds occasionally as needed

  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time occasionally

  • Have good manual dexterity

  • Have good hand-eye coordination

Must be able to work with strong smells occasionally
