Job Description

Join our team in transitioning established brands into our virtual online marketplace.

We are looking for an organized, efficient Data and Accounting Analyst with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.  Analysts can expect to handle communications with vendors, clients, and internal departments, assist with inventory, database, prepare financial reports, and issuing payments. This position will also be responsible for creating eCommerce products, variants, attributes via import/export. This position will also help manage tax-exemption documentation.

Work is on-site, full time, first shift in Aurora, OH.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use of accounting software to manage accounts payable and receivable 

  • Onboard vendors and SKU’s/products within our Content Management System

  • Ensure products are merchandised correctly, available in workflow and ready for downstream teams 

  • Create and screen product data for accuracy based on customer and company guidelines 

  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external partners

  • Handle heavy volume with an emphasis on accuracy 

  • Performs other related duties as needed or assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • Experience with Quickbooks or similar level accounting software 

  • Experience working in a Product/Content Management system

  • Experience in customer service role helping customers learn online product features

  • Experience in project management and process improvement
