Graphic Designer - Radha Brands

Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the development graphics or artwork for the Radha Brands Division.  He / She will be a problem solver that is able to implement systems into a newly created role for the organization as well as be responsible for the compilation, record keeping and accuracy of the content of all graphics. He / She will work closely with our Label Production Department to coordinate the printing of labels in a timely manner. The required hours for this role is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Mon - Fri, in Aurora, OH.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong internal and external relationships in regards to label creation, artwork development, and supply chain timelines

• Develop new artwork on a standardized template as required

• Develop existing label artwork on a standardized template if used within the past year

• Maintain shared digital records and physical samples of all artwork produce

• Create custom graphic designs when required

• Ensuring that department management is aware of activities and progress

• The coordination of custom label orders to be printed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications, specifically Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop

• Able to work within multiple company software systems to accomplish goals of role

• Excellent communication, organization skills, and follow up

• Able to drive solutions independently with little supervision

• The ability to create custom graphic designs to suit the vision of the customer

• Strong customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability and desire to positively contribute to a team-oriented environment is essential
