Job Description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to integrate our team within the Human Resources Department.

  • Assists with implementation of HR procedures and processes in close partnership with the management of a business unit or department to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals.
  • Participates and supports discussions on Human Resources practices and tools, as recruitment, performance management, performance improvement, development, and succession planning, with designated managers throughout the area's employee lifecycles.
  • Partners with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives and develop HR strategies that support these goals, and ensuring compliance with HR policies, principles, other internal policies and external legal requirements.
  • Develops, implements and monitors HR initiatives in his/her designated area(s), identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Provides advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions for individual Employee Relations cases.
  • Resolves queries from employees by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
  • Analyses designated areas' Human Resources KPIs to Identify potential efficiency improvements and proposes solutions for at-risk areas.
  • Contributes to the definition of HR frameworks and tools with HR related areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree.
  • 2/3 years of experience in an HRBP position.
  • Apply HR business processes and tools.
  • Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory).
  • Good level of French is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in working together and inspiring trust in others.
