Job Description
Contribute to the performance of Natixis' Credit Risk department as a Transversal Risk Analyst within the Credit Risk Monitoring (CRM) team. You will work within an international team (Paris/Charenton and Porto) with the following objectives:
- Data Governance & Quality: Control and optimize the credit risk data lifecycle (governance, controls, remediation).
- Regulatory and internal Compliance: Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Automation & Innovation: Develop and implement solutions for better data utilization and enhanced risk processes.
- Committee Coordination: Lead and facilitate credit risk monitoring bodies.
You will play a key role in mastering credit risk, focusing on rating monitoring and adhering to regulation and internal frameworks. Your missions will include:
- Ensuring that our internal procedures related to rating, linkage, segmentation are fully aligned with the regulatory and internal framework.
- Drive the monitoring of counterparties to be rated, enhance our rating tracking framework, and strengthen controls across this scope.
- Maintain strong risk oversight by ensuring precise management of group exposures ('grappage') and strict adherence to credit committee-approved limits.
- Monitor key regulatory data to maintain consistency across rating frameworks and reporting.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing our risk management framework and automating our key processes in this area.
You will contribute to sharing the risk culture with business teams. You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts who place excellence, impact, and collective action at the heart of everything they undertake.
Qualifications
You have more than three years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a credit risk management department, a bank, or a financial institution.
Key skills and experiences include:
- Strong understanding of credit risk concepts, including rating methodologies, counterparty risk, group exposures ("grappage"), and limit frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., Basel III/IV, CRR) related to credit risk and regulatory reporting.
- Experience in managing the credit risk data lifecycle, implementing controls, and performing data reconciliation/remediation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to support process automation and dashboard creation.
- The ability to effectively train, lead, and share complex concepts with the various teams at Natixis. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

You are fluent in English with a B2 level.
