Job Description

The Chief Client Office (CCO) Department's mission is to support all of the CIB businesses on its strategic approach to CIB clients. The main responsibilities of a Client Data Officer are:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data by reviewing and inputting data into the organization's systems in a timely manner to support the organization's business processes and decision-making.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in client data, and reports any issues to senior colleagues to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the organization's client database, including updating and verifying client information and ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the management of client data within the organization's systems, including the processing of data requests, data cleaning, and data entry, to support the organization's business processes.
  • Create reports and dashboards to deliver complex analyses and metrics that contribute to the creation of insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, support the decision-making process and contribute to the improvement of business performance.
  • Maintain or update client data business tools, databases, dashboards, and procedures documentation.
  • Storytelling capacity and excellent communication of the outputs of data analysis to top management and the different shareholders.

Qualifications

To succeed on this job, you will need:

  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in relevant areas (Engineering or equivalent)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Banking or Financial company.
  • Good Knowledge of Power BI / Power Automate and Office Tools.
  • Basic Knowledge in AI (will be a plus)
  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and a good level of French (is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills to animate projects globally across EMEA, APAC & AMER;
  • Organized, process-oriented and rigorous;
  • Keen to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation;
