Job Description
The EDI production team is responsible for the maintenance and management the infrastructure that supports applications for electronic banking and payment flow processing, such Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and instant payment in France.
As a key player in payment processing activities, BPCE Payment Services manages over 20% of such activities in France, supporting banks and subsidiaries of BPCE Group as well as external customers of financial institutions and payment service providers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical and functional knowledge, proactive incident management, identifying effective solutions to recurring incidents, continuous improvement and automation of procedures, and keeping documentation up to date. Regular follow-ups with the dev team are also essential.

MIssions
- Work with senior leadership to understand and deploy the company's strategy at the department level
- Participate in the development of business development plans aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Foster a culture of open and constructive feedback at both individual and collective level
- Actively promote communication and collaboration within the department and across the organization
- Anticipate, define, and implement changes in the organization, ensuring that employees are involved, communicated with, supported, and trained throughout the process
- Propose methods for integrating changes and ensure that changes are considered in the department's activities
- Appropriately relay communication upward, downward, and across different departments
- Promote exchanges and collaboration within the department and the company as a whole
- Ensure close proximity to employees and maintain open lines of communication for sharing operational difficulties and relevant information with the hierarchy
- Organize and facilitate daily activities within the department and its interactions with the rest of the company
- Implement and facilitate a continuous improvement process within the department, encouraging innovation and efficiency
- Provide accurate and timely business reporting and forecasting to support decision-making at both departmental and company levels
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
Qualifications and Hard Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of experience on Linux IT Project,
- Good knowledge of Linux environments (Windows Server is a plus),
- Proficiency in scripting languages (shell, phyton),
- Strong understanding in web servers (manage migration from websphere to jboss for example),
- Good knowledge of security: SSL certificates, reverse proxy, loadbalancing,
- General knowledge in scheduler tools (Control-M, VTOM)
- General knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK),
- General knowledge of deployments tools (GIT, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Openshift, Docker)
Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level (mandatory) and at least B2 level in French,
- DevOps mindset,
- Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment,
- Willingness to learn and evolve,
- Good communication skills,
- Ability to work in a team.
