Inside the Global Market Systems department, Calypso is in charge of the collateral management activity where margins for fixed income and OTC derivatives are managed.

Calypso is used to process the following Back-Office tasks:

· Exposure and Margin Calculation

· Confirmation for Margin Calls

· Management of positions

· Cash and Security Settlement

The mission of the Business Analyst will be, under the control of a project leader and Team Leader, to:

· Analyze business requirements with collateral users and project managers to bring continuous enhancements into system

· Business Analysis for projects

· Testing of new solutions and non-regression testing

· Daily support for the different stakeholders

Years of experience:

1+ years of experience (mid-senior position).

Business skills on:

· financial products: first knowledge of markets products: equities, bonds, OTC products.

· financial systems: first experience as business analyst on system process on products among the ones mentioned above.

· financial environment: first experience in the back-office or front-office areas.

· testing management: first experience in testing methods.

Technical skills:

· MS Office

· SQL

Personal qualities:

· capacity and will to work in a team

· interest in the financial markets

· will to get more experience by extending his business knowledge

· Rigor and method in the testing phasis and capacity to analyze

Languages:

· English: fluent

· French: would be a plus

This Purple Day is going to be a busy one: daily meeting ensuring all team members are on the same page regarding work status, priorities and blockers, language class and, just after, a Talent Management meeting with your manager, discussing your career path. 

Lunch break. Today, your Team is onboarding newcomers, but also welcoming French colleagues: the perfect excuse to walk downtown and bond over a francesinha. When returning, inhale nature and peace of mind in Natixis Urban Garden (look at the crops; ready to harvest!).
