Job Description

We are looking for an INET Security Expert (local contract) to join our Infrastructure, Production and Security IT business unit in Porto.

The project consists of carrying out studies and maintaining operational conditions of the Security and Internet architectures of BPCE-IT, called INET architectures, in particular, on the platforms and technologies related to all external connectivity. 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities: 

The service consists of:

  • Management of study projects on security infrastructure, internet, market data and Partners: evaluation of security solutions and definition of architectures, integration pilot projects.
  • Integrate and deploy INET equipment on security infrastructure, internet, market data and Partners
  • Be the support level 2 to 3 on the security infrastructure, internet, market data and Partners.
  • Participation to night and weekend operations when needed
  • Be part of the on-call duty of the service
  • Be part of the Morning and Evening shift of the service

On a set of technologies deployed, capacity to realize the operations below:

  • Common Operations: VIP creation, DMZ creation, VPN L2L deployment ...
  • Basic debug: Trace on a firewall or a WAF, checking logs ...
  • Advanced Debug: Advanced Technical Commands (see the status of packets sent for synchronization on a Fortinet ...)
  • RMA / Installation: Installation from scratch, configuration, testing
  • POC of new functionality and/or technology

Qualifications

Main Technical Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experiences working on security infrastructure solutions (WAF, firewalls, load-balancing, DNS);
  • Knowledge about DNS, IPD/IDS solutions, WAF solutions;
  • Knowledge about automatization / DEVOPS;
  • Expertise on firewalls, load-balancers, WAF and DNS technologies are highly appreciated
  • Have an expert level on at least one of the technologies below
  • In priority: Fortinet firewalls, Ubika WAF
  • Others: Checkpoint, Palo Alto, McAfee IPS, Infoblox, F5 LTM, F5 GTM, F5 APM
  • Knowledge about Ansible, Python, Perl is a plus

Optional Requirements:

  • Knowledge about automating / DEVOPS;
  • Knowledge about Ansible, Python, Perl.
     

Other Requirements:

  • Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship, management and communication skills;
  • Strong analysis and troubleshooting capability;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly demanding and dynamic environment;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Strong sense of rigor and attention to detail.
