Job Description

We are looking for a  Front-end Engineer for our BPCE SI BU. 

Essentially engineer, develop and support a library of UI Angular components based on the Design System of the BPCE Group, working closely with a dedicated UX team. R&D of web technologies and development of other libraries is to be expected, be it for Angular (or other frameworks), in Typescript or CSS. 

  • Advanced knowledge of Javascript (5+ years) 
  • Good knowledge of Angular (experienced with versions 9+) (3+ years) 
  • Good knowledge of semantic HTML5  
  • Good knowledge of Typescript (3+ years) 
  • Good knowledge of CSS and preprocessors like SASS/SCSS or LESS 
  • Good knowledge of RxJS (3+years) 
  • Good knowledge of unit testing, with Jest, Jasmine/Karma or similar 
  • Good knowledge of versioning systems, like Git 
  • Good knowledge of NPM - managing libraries and dependencies 
  • Familiarity with Accessibility 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of E2E testing, with tools like Cypress 
  • Knowledge of Webcomponents  
  • Knowledge of frameworks like Vue, React or others 
  • Knowledge of code quality control tools, like Sonar 
  • Knowledge of linters and formatters, like ESLint and Prettier 
  • Good English and French level
  • Knows or is willing to learn French

Start your day having breakfast with the Team and grab fresh fruit on the way to your seat, in one of Porto’s most typical neighborhoods. This Purple Day is going to be a busy one: daily meeting ensuring all team members are on the same page regarding work status, priorities and blockers, language class and, just after, a Talent Management meeting with your manager, discussing your career path. 

Lunch break. Today, your Team is onboarding newcomers, but also welcoming French colleagues: the perfect excuse to walk downtown and bond over a francesinha. When returning, inhale nature and peace of mind in Natixis Urban Garden (look at the crops; ready to harvest!).
