Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst French speaker (C1/C2) to coordinate Automation requests from France and translate it into specifications (in english) for the Automation Team. The BA will also ensure that scripts developed matches the requests. Later on, with the growth of this Team the BA will act as a coordinator to receive all requests and help to define priorities them among all stakeholders.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.
• Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Clearly identifies project stakeholders and establish customer classes, as well as their characteristics.
• Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Develops and uses standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Track requirements status
• Translate Requirements into Scrum guidelines (Epic, feature, User Story, etc) and define the Acceptance criteria
• Track all changes in the specifications

Other Requirements:

• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
• Strong communication skills

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day.
