Job Description

Invoice reception:

  • Receive account documents from suppliers and ask for clarifications;
  • Validate all documents in OCR tool - Performs the cockpit entry for received invoices and completes information where necessary, after OCR prefilling;
  • Monitors SLAs of scanning center (rejection rate according to management rules).

Invoice management:

  • Account No PO invoices and survey workflows;
  • Manage PO invoices: resolves invoice discrepancies, Applies 3-way match, Ensures that adequate workflows are launched to resolve invoice mismatches which cannot be handled by Accounts Payable, e.g. price or quantity discrepancies;
  • Defines management rules for invoice rejection in collaboration with procurement and rejects invoices to suppliers, where applicable;
  • Manages specific invoice instructions (e.g. down payments);
  • Handles unapproved invoice cases, supported by Requester, Requester Hierarchy and the Buyer (above Buyer threshold);
  • Manages the follow-up actions related to exceptions for payment rejections, returns and reversals;
  • Perform invoice quality check after approval (Performs legal / VAT compliance checks and tax calculations)
  • Handles payment rejection;
  • Takes proactive actions to ensure prompt progress and execution of invoice validation with all the actors of the invoice approval process;
  • Be involved in projects to improve Key performance indicators, identify gaps in the process and propose new approaches;
  • KPI analysis and clarification.

Supplier Support

  • Receive, analyze, and answer to supplier’s requests related with documents and payments.

Qualifications

Technical Requirements: 

  • High School with Finance, Economics and/or Management background;
  • Languages: English and French (mandatory).

Other Requirements: 

  • Expert knowledge in the account payables and payment processes, standards, policies;
  • High level of orientation to details;
  • Very good analytical skills;
  • Delivery oriented.

Back inside. Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35). The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.
 
Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
