Reporting to the Head of KYC in Portugal the main goal is to manage several KYC teams across one ore more platforms.

Main tasks and goals:

• Responsible to drive and manage all the topics pertaining to the function or region(s) like EMEA, AMER, APAC, UK;
• Ensure all SLA and KPI with regards to KYC onboarding, reviews, remediation , utility services are adhered to;
• Drive the capacity management and staff mobilization framework to forecast and plan the current and future capacity;
• Management of escalations from front office, client office and client. Build strong relationship and governance and shrive towards customer excellence (NPS methodology);
• Create client strategy to ensure achievement of service model and high standard of customer service excellence;
• Measure and maintain the adequate levels of capacity utilization and report the surplus / deficit to plan cross training and efficient work allocation across own or the peer teams;
• Responsible for creating efficiencies by inspiring teams and working with them to identify opportunities and use cases for digital transformation including process improvements, elimination and large-scale KYC transformations;
• Create, measure and maintain the PMI (performance management index) working with the transformation;
• Work with compliance, IT, Innovation, Business Development, project, and change management for effective implementation of KYC tools, procedures, etc.;
• Lead / contribute to the programs related to KYC COE and T&T strategic plan at Natixis;
• Be responsible for culture and conduct of the functional and KYC regional teams in Porto;
• Maintain the attrition level below the standard benchmarks;
• Work with the HR, L&D and KYC academy to identify the training needs and evolve the trainings for the continuous staff development;
• Hiring, Talent development, management and retention;
• Succession planning;
• Business development, new process migration, stabilization and standardization.

Additional information:

• Travelling may be required.

• Background in Management / Economics / Finance / Legal;
• Minimum 5-7 year of experience in managing KYC teams and international stakeholders;
• Knowledge of Regulatory requirements / Compliance and KYC Processes across all platforms.
• French it´s a plus.

It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office.
 
Lunch break. Outside in the big terrace (look at your crops at the Urban Garden; ready to harvest!) or, if you feel like stretching your legs, walk downtown to grab lunch.
 
Back inside. Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35). The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.
 
Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
