Job Description

We are looking for a second level IT Support Analyst (local contract) to join our Payments team in Porto.
 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Support and assistance including analysis, communication (functional/business) and handling of 2nd level incidents in the electronic payment domain (Analysis and resolution of incidents on the payment by card environment);
  • Operate on all aspects of electronic banking (and means of payment): Repositories, Authorizations / Acceptances, Operations, Bank reconciliations;
  • Supervision of essential electronic payment flows as well as Functional and regulatory monitoring;
  • In contact with Banking customers, large merchants, PSP and Schemes, with third-party technical and/or functional suppliers as well as the internal technical services, the product teams and prospects;
  • Identify irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors with Natixis Payments products and services;
  • Supports onboarding of merchants with a payment processing solution;
  • Management of technical and/or functional migrations on our information systems;
  • Coordination and management of operational changes including the product streams for the deployments of new releases;

 

Qualifications

Main Technical Requirements:

  • Good level of French (minimum B2 - mandatory);
  • Support engeneering / Business analyst profile (significant support experience is higly valued);
  • ITIL/ServiceNow knowledge (valued but not mandatory);
  • Excellent written as well as analytical mindset and skills;
  • A solid technical and functional base (Architecture, Communication bus, Systems);
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, Word or Teams;
  • Knowledge of payment environment and understanding of electronic banking (In common thread: acquisition, issuer authorization, VISA / MASTERCARD Schemes knowledge is highly valued).
     

Other Requirements:

  • Good level of English (not mandatory - B1 is a nice to have);
  • ITIL certification (v3 minimum. Not mandatory)
  • Good communication skills;
  • Capable of working with a team;
  • Eager to work in a challenging, precise and constant learning environment.

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. Back inside. Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35). The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.

Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
