We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer (local contract) to join one of our backoffice teams, within Global Markets as part of Natixis CIB business unit. 

We develop and operate 3 solutions for trade paper confirmations from document generation into reconciliation as well as portfolio management. Our mission is to develop, evolve and deliver added value to our internal clients offering simplified process management. Either developing internal packages or integrating with third party systems we are expected to create seamless workflows for daily activities and deliver mission critical solutions. For 2021/2022 aside from current evolutions you will take part in new design options for a complete rewrite on legacy software.
 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Be involved in an Agile environment (Kanban method);
• Contribute to clean architecture;
• Support the full lifecycle of 3 applications;
• Deal with business and production issues.

Main Technical Requirements:

• Higher Education in Engineering or Information Technologies or proven equivalent experience;
• Passionate about development on .NET/ .NET Core, WCF, WPF and EF (6+ years);
• Knowledge of Data modelling in SQL Server and performance diagnostics;
• Aware of industry best practices (SOLID, Design Patterns, DDD, TDD).

Nice to have:

• Experience with WPF+MVVM;
• Experience with HTML5; ES6/7;
• Experience with HTPP protocol;
• Knowledge of Angular 2+ and Material UI;
• Knowledge of Less/Sass/CSS.

Other Requirements:

• Fluency in English (minimum B1 – mandatory);
• Great team player;
• Good communication skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Self-directed learner, capable of working with minor guidance.

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office.

Lunch break. Outside in the big terrace (look at your crops at the Urban Garden; ready to harvest!) or, if you feel like stretching your legs, walk downtown to grab lunch.

Back inside. Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35). The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.
