We are looking for a QA Engineer - Operational Risk (local contract) to work within our CFIT (Corporate Functions IT) business unit. 

Within the IT department of Risk, PnL & ALM (RPA), the Operational Risk team develops and mantains a set of applications that are used by all group BPCE to manage operational risk.
Operational Risk IT team develops and mantains two applications : Osirisk (java core, java swing) and IODA (Spring Core, Spring Boot, Angular 11). The team has Developers based in Porto and BAs based in Paris.
 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Review functional requirements with the BAs to ensure completeness and to remove any ambiguity;
• Collaborate with BAs and Developers to develop effective testing strategies for the application;
• Build and maintain the test suites and ensure high-quality production releases using functional tests;
• Build automated tests and analyse the results and determine if it's a defect in the application or in the test code;
• Develop testing protocol for various aspects, such as usability, data impact, error and bug finding, regression testing, E2E testing, and implementation scenarios.

Main Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Ability to write test scenarios and test cases for manual testing;
• Understanding of testing frameworks;
• Writing automation test cases on tools like Selenium WebDriver;
• Experience in Bug tracking and reporting;
• Ability to write unit and integration tests (nice to have);
• Experience in API automation such as Postman (nice to have);
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tool such as Jenkins (nice to have).

Other Requirements:

• Fluency in English (minimum B2 – mandatory);
• Good delegation and time management skills;
• Willingness to learn and evolve;
• Good communication skills;
• Self-directed learner, capable of working autonomously;
• Experience in banking is a plus.

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office.

Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
