Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users.
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Gather, request and validate permissions and accesses to the systems related to the designed processes
• Review and help refine automation business cases to optimize, improve and automate business processes to deliver the desired business outcome(s).
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Create, develop and/or review business requirements documents (BRD), process definition documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD), in an accurate an concise way.
• Analyzing and validating the impacts of system, functional or process changes.
• Track requirements status and all changes in the specifications
• Engage in discovery and identification of automation processes; proactively seek and suggest improvements; and outline any risks and recommend optimal solution

Must Have

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Insurance or HR for 3+ years.
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions;
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Strong business skills and experience in working with cross/functional teams (e.g. Security, IAM, Finance, Internal Audit, working side by side with SME’s for creating process documentation);
• Technical degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent Software Engineering experience;
• Ability to produce high quality documents (process, PDD and executive summaries).
• Diagramming and Modeling Techniques
• Demonstrated ability to learn both complex technical concepts and end-to-end business work flow.
• Ability to work effectively in virtual geographically distributed team, to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong client interface and presentation 

Nice to Have

• Experience with RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath – preferably);
• Knowledge of OCR, functional libraries, other tools and methods to accelerate development;
• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts;
• Experience with the Atlassian stack and Version Control;
• Experience with intelligent automation (RPA + OCR, RPA + AI/ML, RPA + Chatbot) would be a plus;
• Understanding of technical architecture that support the business application to be implemented Personality

• Good communication skills in French (fluent), English (mandatory – minimum B2) and Portuguese (a plus);

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office.
 
Lunch break. Outside in the big terrace (look at your crops at the Urban Garden; ready to harvest!) or, if you feel like stretching your legs, walk downtown to grab lunch.
 
Back inside. Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35). The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.
 
Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
