Job Description

The Chief Client Office (CCO) Department's mission is to support all of the CIB businesses on its strategic approach to CIB clients

It has the ambition to :

  • Increase customer knowledge and sales performance. Provide easy to access data to bankers and sales through Client Cockpit 360;
  • Improve operational efficiency, time to market and enable new business use cases;
  • Align commercial activities on corporate strategy and improve operational efficiency by facilitating bankers’ journey, providing accurate data at each step of sales processes;
  • Support transition from a business line approach to a unified CIB client strategy to serve customer excellence and Client Centric engagement model;
  • Support bankers and sales in providing customer services aligned with the service level of their clients;

Within the department, the Commercial Intel team is in charge:

  • of driving  & implementing the transformation of CRM Tools Nat 1 from a simple CRM to an Augmented Bankers & Sales tools which will improve and streamlined time – to- client processes,
  • of ensuring the optimization of the quality improvement process for commercial data in line with business reorganizations;
  • of strengthening the "customer data" architecture, improving the quality of the CIB commercial data with the goal of providing a 360 ° view of its customers.

As CRM data analyst, you will be involved in the strategic Data projects “Augmented Banker & Sales”. You will therefore:

  • Contribute to the evolution / optimization of our CRM tool from the expression of needs until the user tests & deployment to our users in collaboration with IT;
  • Support the adoption of the CRM tools with face -to-face workshops / Training  with Nat 1 users help by IT;
  • Make a follow up of backlog to prepare the monitoring of the project

You will be involved in the administration of our client database & client data portfolio:

  • In relation with CSM team from CCO, you will administrate on daily base the commercial portfolio & Commercial account mapping into the admin tools of Nat 1:
  • Contribute to the evolution the data admin module in order to follow the evolution of business requirement;
  • Animate data quality review campaign;
  • Contribute to the data administration of coverage portfolio & industry banker and contribute to the evolution of the dedicated tools e-scope.

Lastly, you will also be connected to the design / realization of client dashboard and in the conception of visualization tools.

Qualifications

To succeed on this job, you will need:

  • MBA, Master in Management, Master in Engineering or equivalent degree;
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including significant project management experience in an Investment Bank;
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and an outcome-focused and innovative mindset;
  • Excellent communication skills to animate projects globally across EMEA, APAC & AMER;
  • Organized, process-oriented and rigorous;
  • Keen to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation;
  • Excellent computer skills: Office tools (PowerPoint & Excel) is essential;
  • Fluent English is necessary, basic knowledge of French would be a plus.

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office.
 
Lunch break. Outside in the big terrace (look at your crops at the Urban Garden; ready to harvest!) or, if you feel like stretching your legs, walk downtown to grab lunch.
 
Back inside. Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35). The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.
 
Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
