We are looking for a Temp HR Coordinator. to join our growing team. This is a fully remote temp role.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our Tier 1 HR Resource Group with Incoming Serve Cases/Chats/Phone Calls.

What Would You Do? The Specifics

• Supporting our Tier 1 Resource Group with Incoming Serve Cases/Chats/Phone Calls
• Utilizing an Action List to ensure we provided the correct responses to the field through our SERVE case management system and/or guiding the ticket to the next group to handle if needed
• Learning and understanding a wide variety of people team functions which could include additional training on processes
• Weekly meetings with the team to connect and bring up the resolution to pending items/issues
•  Additional tasks as assigned to support the Shared Services team

• High School Diploma/GED required. Associate’s degree is preferred.
•  Experience with Customer Service. 1+ years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
•  Advanced data entry/keyboard skills.
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•  HRIS experience is a plus.
•  Strong verbal/written communication abilities; effective interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
•  Effective problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
•  Excellent organization, planning, judgment, and time management skills
