As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant Restaurant Managerwe require that you:

·Oversee the Food & Beverage operation on a day to day basis and act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Manager.

·We place great focus and value on service excellence here at the National Trust. As our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll be helping to drive this initiative through ensuring your staff’s training needs have been met and that they’re delivering outstanding customer service.

·Ensure our front of house team keeps the dining area clean and well-presented for our customers, and that every dish is served with a warm, welcoming smile.

·Support the Food & Beverage Manager with monitoring our performance against set budgets

·Assisting the Manager with people-related tasks such as; training staff, logging absences, finding cover when needed, creating rotas and disciplinaries

·Managing stock- creating new stock orders using our online NAV system

·Roll your sleeves up and help with serving customers when needed.
