Job Description

As an Entry Level Business Analyst you will join cross-functional teams to support requirement elicitation, process documentation, and foundational data analysis. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are motivated to learn business analysis frameworks, stakeholder management, and reporting fundamentals while contributing to real projects.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation.
  • Create process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement artifacts.
  • Support data collection, cleansing, and basic analysis to validate business assumptions.
  • Prepare stakeholder-ready presentations, status updates, and requirement traceability matrices.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate defect logging, and verify fixes.
  • Maintain documentation repositories and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or any IT related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to small groups.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with basic SQL or BI tools is a plus.
