Locum Oral Health Therapist / Hygienist | Claremont, WA | December & January | $65–$80 per hour
Are you an Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist looking for a locum opportunity over December and January?
National Dental Care is looking for a Locum Oral Health Therapist / Hygienist to join DB Dental Claremont in Perth’s western suburbs.
This is a temporary opportunity providing coverage on Tuesdays and Wednesdays across December and January, with an hourly rate of $65–$80 depending on experience and scope of practice. You’ll have the opportunity to work within an established practice, provide patient-centred care and collaborate with the wider clinical team.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide oral health therapy and/or hygiene services within your scope of practice
- Deliver preventive and periodontal care
- Build strong patient relationships within an established practice
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team
- Provide patient-centred care with clinical autonomy
- Continue developing your clinical skills through professional development and CPD
About you
We’re looking for an Oral Health Therapist or Hygienist who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration relevant to their scope of practice
- Holds relevant qualifications recognised by the Dental Board of Australia
- Has experience working in a clinical dental environment
- Is confident providing preventive and periodontal care
- Takes a patient-focused approach to care
- Holds current professional indemnity insurance
- Works collaboratively as part of a clinical team
About DB Dental Claremont
DB Dental Claremont is an established dental practice located in Perth’s western suburbs.
The practice provides an established clinical environment and this locum opportunity offers a consistent Tuesday and Wednesday roster across December and January.
You’ll work alongside the wider practice team while maintaining the clinical autonomy to provide quality oral health care to your patients.
