Job Description

We're seeking a Dentist who is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred clinical care in line with Australian professional, legal and ethical standards. The role supports excellent patient outcomes, contributes to the clinical and commercial success of the practice, and helps foster a collaborative, safe and respectful team environment.

What You Will Be Doing
• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide a wide range of dental procedures within scope of practice and in accordance with Dental Board of Australia requirements
• Educate, inform and engage patients to support understanding of treatment options and preventive oral health care
• Refer patients to specialist clinicians where clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants, reception teams and practice leadership to ensure seamless patient care
• Contribute to practice efficiency, patient experience and the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical services

Qualifications

• Strong clinical and diagnostic capability, with a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with both patients and colleagues
• Confident treatment planning capability and sound professional judgement
• Strong organisational and time-management skills

Qualifications & Experience
•  Current (or eligible) AHPRA registration as a Dentist
• Demonstrated experience as a practising Dentist, with strong capability across general dentistry 
• Experience or interest in areas such as Invisalign®/clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, paediatric dentistry, sedation dentistry or other recognised special interest areas (highly regarded but not essential)
