The Role

As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be the driving force behind clinical recruitment across our expansive national network. This is initially a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

What you'll do:

• Strategic Sourcing: Move beyond job boards to build deep, sustainable pipelines of passive dental talent.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert market insights and guidance.

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of dental roles, ensuring a premium hiring leader and candidate experience.

• Conferences & Events: Take part in attracting candidates by representing NDC at various conferences and events

About You

• The Experience: You have a proven track record in recruitment and the "head hunting" mindset required to source top talent outside of active applicants (Healthcare or Dental experience is a major plus or willingness to learn).
