Requirements:

• 2+ years of Outbound call centre sales experience
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure work environments
• Strong analytical and telephonic communication skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and various CRM platforms
• Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Collections and Debt review sales experience (advantageous)
• Matric Certificate
• Clear ITC and criminal record
• Proven sales experience (2+ years)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Debt Review processes and CRM systems (Advantageous)
• Debt counselling certificate (Advantageous)
