Led by Music Director Giancarlo Guerrero and President and CEO Alan D. Valentine, the Nashville Symphony has established an international profile with its innovative programming and steadily expanding discography. Founded in 1946, the 83-member orchestra is today the largest performing arts nonprofit in the state of Tennessee. With 140 performances annually, the Symphony’s concert schedule encompasses a diverse mix of classical, pops, jazz and family programs, along with extensive community outreach efforts.

• On concert nights, prepare and display food, make coffee, restock equipment for table, clean up at reception end, etc.
• Pick up food and supplies for Founders Hall receptions when necessary
• Communicate with the Development Events Department to provide any information regarding Founders Hall updates
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation, as some travel will be required to pick up supplies
• Ability to work as a team member with a positive, helpful attitude in developing creative responses and solutions to needs and issues
• Ability to work flexible and varied hours, including nights, weekends and/or holidays
