Job Description

As an account manager, you would:

 

 

·         Watch over all current member accounts

·         Process any upsells, work charges, declined invoices and additions to the accounts.

·         Contact customers when backup quota is reach and more is needed.

·         Create project proposals for larger fixes not covered under unlimited memberships

·         Facilitate in migrating any consumer customers that are running a business and do not fit into the consumer model.

·         Take incoming Bask for Business and techsoup sales calls

·         Respond to any new member inquiries and setting up appointments for a possible reseller program

·         Manually Invoice KWI

·         Monitor and assign tune ups scheduled by the customer through the help desk

·         Plan, oversee and execute Email migrations, SharePoint Setups

·         Address billing concerns and answer billing questions.

·         Process renewals and annual memberships

·         Create proposals for hardware needed to be purchased through Ingram Micro

·         Assist technicians with various escalation issues and tickets

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or GED) plus a minimum 6 months customer service experience (in a call-center atmosphere) or similar activity, 2 or more preferred 
  •  At least one year in an IT-related role preferred 
  • Some sales experience preferred 
  • Must be competent with navigating a computer and multiple applications simultaneously 
  • Excellent communications skills - verbal and written 
  • Familiarity with Nanoheal and Bask business model preferred
