Job Description
Full funnel buildout:
Identification and implementation of customer segments and ideal actions
Evergreen email content written, designed, and executed (weekly emails to keep subscribers and paying customers engaged)
Outlined customer journey and touch points per segment
Lead magnet creation
Email automations strategy and set up:
Developed email automations for both subscribers and paying customers
Monthly newsletter, a roundup of our blog articles and podcast as well as new product/feature launch communications, news & updates
Record, edit and share new product/feature launch videos
Write and promote new product/feature launch, news & updates in emails and dedicated landing pages
Podcast strategy and execution:
Create an independent podcast brand under the umbrella brand of Namaste.fit
Create a list of potential guest speakers and manage outreach
Schedule the podcast
Edit the post-production
Promote on social media - teaser pre-interview, snippet post-interview
Re-purpose transcript into blog article and highlights into social posts
Social media marketing:
Five organic posts a week created and scheduled
Execution and optimization of social campaigns tied to content themes - content to either be around lead magnet content or seasonal discounts and driving listeners/speakers on the podcast
Website optimizations:
Create and test different lead magnets for sign-ups
Develop product walkthrough and explainer video recordings
Write new feature release notes and announcements
Qualifications
Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, get a horizontal exposure across marketing verticals and be a part of a movement to make this world a happier and more successful place would be an ideal candidate for this role.
