Nagorik Technologies Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Executive – Visualizer to capture and create engaging photo and video content for digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for photography, videography, and short-form video editing of beauty services, campaigns, events, and promotional activities while maintaining the brand's visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot photos and videos of makeup, hair, skin, nail and bridal services at the studio and on client home visits.

• Capture before/after shots and transformation reels with consistent lighting and angles.

• Shoot behind-the-scenes, team and service-process content for social media.

• Cover campaign, offer and festival shoots, influencer collaborations and events.

• Edit short-form reels and stories for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with trending audio, text and transitions.

• Do basic photo editing and color correction (Lightroom/Photoshop).

• Set up lighting, backdrops and props for studio shoots.

• Organize, back up and name all raw and edited files in a shared drive.

• Work with the designer and marketing team to plan shot lists and content calendars.

• Follow client privacy and consent rules before shooting or posting any client content.

Must Have: Own a DSLR or mirrorless camera (with at least one lens) to use for work shoots.

• Running or Completed Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film & Media Studies, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

• Candidates with practical experience in photography, videography, and video editing are also encouraged to apply.

• Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong creative portfolio are welcome.
